As I think about what comes next in my career I've starting to give a lot of thought to remaining authentic in a world flooded with AI. I fully admit I've been at the forefront of AI adoption at Crunchyroll. I've championed and used AI in design, product, and engineering processes for just over a year now.
The creative in me despises AI and understands the threat it poses to true art. When it comes to software design however it feels very much like the future.
With my writing here I intend to share my lived experience working in design, leadership, and tech. I'll share my thoughts as I continue to implement AI into our design organization and learn what works and what doesn't.
